Grounded 32

Grounded32 is a nonprofit community center dedicated to mindfulness education and creative healing. It’s a place for people to find reprieve from stress, discover their strengths, and develop friendships. Our mission is to eradicate loneliness.

We do this by hosting donation-based classes and subsidized meeting space to gatherings with altruistic causes, such as book studies, mindfulness groups, artist meetups, educational workshops, and outreach events.
