Grounded32 is a nonprofit community center dedicated to mindfulness education and creative healing. It’s a place for people to find reprieve from stress, discover their strengths, and develop friendships. Our mission is to eradicate loneliness. Get to know Grounded 32
We do this by hosting donation-based classes and subsidized meeting space to gatherings with altruistic causes, such as book studies, mindfulness groups, artist meetups, educational workshops, and outreach events.
